Finally, we reached the last day of our trip. In the early morning, we were greeted by some chilling frost.... XD
When you have nothing to do... you will do thing like this - carving your own signature XP
Okay.... Ignore the sheeps above and listen to today's plan.
We are going to conquer the Bicheno Blow Hole and the Wineglass Bay.
It took us a long time to reach the blow holes. Hmmm... whta's blow holes? They're actually holes formed in the rock by the sea, after the rocks being corroded by the alkalinity of the sea water. When the strong wave current approaches the 'holes', the high sea water pressure will cause the water to be shoot out in a high speed. Get it? If not, just go to the toilet and pee XD
OIIII!!! Coming!!!! COMING!!
BLASHhhh!!!
SHOOOoooooo...ttt!!!
I like the angle and the sun... arhh...nice weather X)
Hooray!! Yee PEYYy!!
After observing the blowholes for some time, and noticed that there is actually nothing but holes that spurt out water and make all of us wet.... we headed on to our next destination -
THE LEGENDARY WINEGLASS BAY.... huh? (@_@)
The Wineglass Bay is located in Freysinet National Park and you will find out that there are actually numerous bays in the park it self. Just that Wineglass Bay is the one more famous.
The journey to the park will take you some time, and make sure you have a MP3 player or at least a radio if you doesn't want to feel boring along the journey. Seriously.....You will see nothing on the road but endless roadsigns, tarred road and Australian bushes. when you see the rocky mountains like the one above, you are on the right track and reaching soon!!!!
Oh ya! Just a reminder, you'll need to purchase a vehicle pass to enter the national park.
Cheese~ Zul!!!
We were really rushing like mad just to make to the bay on time, due to the winter daylight saving which means the sun goona SET SOON!!! DAMN DAMN DAMN!!!
Even though we're rushing like mad on the way to the bay, we manage to snap some photos of the rocky mountains.
Nice combination!! Zul and Christina!!
The temperature started to drop as we move further on.
Finally!!! An almost one hour hiking brought us to the bay!!
The view from the beach is really nice... and I don't know why, but the wave seemed to be hitting the beach rather strong that day.... Perhaps it's shooing us away?
You will be able to catch this if you reached the bay around half an hour before sun sets. It reminds me of my scouting memory when I was in Secondary school.... I miss it so much!!!
Okay! From the picture above you can see the Wineglass Bay. From its name, I'm sure you guys get how does the shape of the bay looked like. But why wine? not juice Bay? Kicap manis Bay? Sea Water Glass bay? (B.S) or Urine Glass Bay? erbs! XD
It has to go al the way back to the time when whaling is still in operation at the ocean near the bay. Whenever there's a massive whaling activity going on, the boats which contain the dead whales will be washing off the bloody corpses of the whales near the bay. Imagine..... Imagine.... Just imagine.... you cut your wrists and let the fresh maroon-ish blood dripped into the water.....
CHOI!!!!!CHOI!!!!!! CHOI!!!
Okay...back to the topic. When the sea is filled with blood, the bay will looked like as if someone has poured a huge amount of wine into it. Got it?
Sun set is always romantic, no matter you're still single or you're standing by it with your GF/BF or even friends!
After catching the sunset, it's already dark and we rolled down the hill with our maximum velocity.
Throughout this whole trip, I get to know some new friends and get closer with those I've already known. I really appreciate all the things during this whole trip.
NEXT target: THE OVERLAND TRACK!!! (google it if you don't know about it....coz I'm lazy to explain it here)
but..... gotta save some moneyy first!!
CHOW!
p/s: school re-opening in around 24 hour time..... and I've nothing to say about it.
