Pumpkin noodles

My house mate bought a huge pumpkin (weeks ago)... and no one seems to like it =S
Well... time for my experiment!
Made a pumpkin mash out of it and mixed with some flour.
and here IT IS!!!

Looked ok, but not very successful.
Failed to achieve the texture I aimed for ... sad~

But, not too bad though...
It turned out to be between 'kuey teow/hor fun" and "spaghetti"

Made a seafood carbonara with it...
the taste was just average, (sorry, no photos for that...haha)
Nomm...nommm...nommmm...nom....
