蛋-蛋!挞!挞!挞!Dang Dang Tart!

Craving for dim sum, or what Aussies called "Dim Sim". 
Dim Sim shouldn't be just a type, it should be thousands of them... or ... maybe just hundreds...haha XP

Well, straight to the point. 

I made a puff-pastry-base egg tart.
The pastry has been pinned too thin, till the layers merged completely XS
Next time, should have keep them thick, fluffy and sexy! *hyper*

If you're overseas and craving for some... well, roll up your sleeves and DO IT YOURSELF!

start off with a giant shoot of the tart
the left over pastry, with a dash of cinnamon,
they became the cinnamon cookies ... haha


The silky egg filling...haha!
